Why “Safety DNA”?
DNA is a molecule composed of two chains that coil around each other to carry genetic instructions, development, and functioning growth in all forms of life. It is nature’s blueprint and building blocks.
Safety in a company is the similar in that essential elements all need to work, link with one another to form an unbreakable chain in the foundation of good health and safety management. Just like DNA encodes genetic information different in every person, each person has different traits and requirements in health and safety – some naturally rise to safe behaviours, while others take more effort and time.
