What happens when I sign up?

We’ll send you your activation email, and the Safety PAL welcome team will be in touch to assist you with uploading all your essential information.

You’ll be invoiced £330 for your initial setup (payable within 14 days), which will include your first 3 months subscription. After that you’ll be billed quarterly based on your licensed users.

Once fully utilised, you’ll find Safety PAL pays for itself very quickly.

How do I change my package?

You can make changes at anytime in the application, in your company account dashboard, click the upgrade / downgrade link, and select your new package. Your account manager will authorise the change and you can start using the new package instantly.

Will I be charged Tax?

We are required to charge any tax required by your location, such as VAT (Value Added Tax) for all European countries and from all customers with UK billing addresses, as well as those with non-UK European Union billing addresses.
