In its summer 2017 update, Safety PAL has introduced key changes to create better protection and accident prevention for businesses.

SAFETY ALERTING

has always been a key feature of Safety PAL. Being able to disseminate filtered information effectively to each and every employee is essential.

Safety PAL’s innovative alerting and policy distribution system supports your company in creating safe and healthy working conditions that prevent work-related injuries and ill health.

Safety PAL’s model for industry-wide alerting directly to your workers just got better because you can now fully document it.

Here’s how it works:

• A filtered safety alert or policy arrives in the user’s account,
• They open and read it,
• Once closed, only then can they acknowledge an understanding of it or request further training.

Following the new updates, managers can now click on an alert or policy and Safety PAL instantly compiles an interactive report on who has read it and who hasn’t, fully date & time stamped.

If an employee hasn’t read an alert or policy, then one-click re-sending is beneficial to meet applicable legal requirements.

Once the worker receives the email reminder, a hyperlink takes them directly to the alert or policy, and their individual portal is then updated. A scoring display gives an expedited view of ‘read’ or ‘not read’ alerts and policies.

You can add guest users, such as clients, to your Safety PAL account. Guest users can also take advantage of your company’s alerting capabilities.

COMPANY EXPIRATION REPORTING

is an essential tool to reduce company administration and ensure that no company or employee documentation is out of date.

Click on your company account where all your company information is stored. This includes insurance documents, affiliations, accreditations, certifications, equipment calibrations and so on.

Just add the document, insert to & from dates, and let Safety PAL correlate and issue reminders.

As well as being able to access all this company information wherever you are, you can also view uploaded company documents in different categories:

1. Expired
2. Next 30 days
3. Next 60 days
4. Next 90 days
5. Next 120 days.

Do you need to archive old documents? With Safety PAL’s updates, you can now click RENEW on any document, upload your new version, and let Safety PAL create an archive which can be legally accessed anywhere and at any time.

This level of document control is impossible with paper-based systems.
